Stage-VI: Filing of Case Brief and Rebuttal Brief
1. The ling of case brief is normally the last submission made by GOI. Hence, all legal, factual and ministerial
errors of the case are included in the case brief. The Rebuttal Brief has to be led within 5-days of ling the
Case brief by all interested parties. There are three different scenario for ling the case brief:
(a) If IA does not schedule verication in its Preliminary Finding, the Case Brief has to be led within 30-days
of issuance of Preliminary ndings,
(b) If IA schedules the verication meeting, the Case brief has to be led within 5-days after issuance the
verication report,
(c) Separate schedule is issued by the IA for Case brief and Rebuttal brief.
