What is the process of lease renewals and rent reviews?


            We always like to suggest that keeping your tenant on a fixed term agreement is the best policy for both
            you and the tenant as it provides both of you with security. Approximately 3 months before your tenant’s
            lease is due to expire, we will conduct a rent review on your property to see if we can increase the rent to
            keep it in line with current market conditions.
