15KW SURFACE HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT

The Surface Hydraulic Power Unit is a transportable
15kW electrical powered system with a maximum
output flow of 30 l/min at 205 bar (3,000 psi) pressure.

The hydraulic pump is fitted to the electric motor via an adaptor plate and
coupling with the electrical motor bolted to the lid of the hydraulic tank. The
hydraulic motor is submerged in the tank and is connected to the output
manifold also fitted to the lid of the tank.
The hydraulic tank is fitted within a stainless steel frame for protection and
handling during transportation. On the frame there is a two-stage hydraulic
directional valve mounted which is connected back to the output manifold
on the tank lid.
The HPU is fitted with a pressure gauge and a pressure line filter as well the
hydraulic tank includes a return line filter and flow control valve. The system
is a neat self-contained unit that can be used for the operation of ROV
tooling and intervention equipment.
