FSV 3000 MOCK ROV

The FSV 3000 Mock ROV (MROV) is designed to
replicate the essential functions of Fugro’s FCV 3000
ROV during land-based system integration trials.
The MROV contains a 70 lpm hydraulic power unit
as well as controls for the telemetry, cameras, lights,
manipulators and tooling.
The FSV 3000’s overall dimensions are replicated for the critical mounting
locations of the 4 point through frame skid mounting arrangement, and
backpack mounting brackets. The front of the MROV replicates the FCV
3000 including location of pan and tilts, cameras, lights and tooling MROV Storage / Shipping Container
functions.
The MROV comes standard with 7 and 5 function manipulators and a 16
station valve pack that permits the use of common ROV tools. An intelligent
valve pack can also be added to permit use of specific tooling packages.
Control is achieved using a multiplexed fibre link back to the control van/
workshop container. The 20’ control van contains seating for two operators
and two clients. The entire system can be rapidly deployed worldwide.
All components are transported within two 20’ containers allowing the
system to be operational within hours of arrival on-site Power supply is
easily switched between various voltages and can accept 50 and 60Hz
frequencies.
