a secular perspective, that is largely accurate. But we

            speak of the Spiritual reality.

            Power Domain vs. Authoritative Domain

The nature and features of a domain are inextricably
linked to the type of leader that influences the domain.

There are generally three positions of leadership from
which a corresponding domain is achieved.

Leadership through Privilege - The first is leadership
from the position of privilege. The leader in this example

feels entitled to lead because of social, political, or
economic status. The tell-tale signs of such leaders are

how often they use “I” when directing activities or how
frequently talk about themselves. In this form, the

leader is disconnected from those they are charged to
lead. The resulting domain is a form of power dominion
that is often abusive and uncaring in nature. It is the

most dysfunctional form of domain and the most
damaging to those subject to it.

Leadership through Power - The second position is

leadership is from a position of power. This has some
useful worldly application in military environments
            where commanders must impose unquestionable

dominion. This is also a form of power domain that is
generally and understandably one sided, somewhat
