you. And surely, I AM with you always, to the very end of

the age, Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV). The Great Commission
is the foundation that empowers cross-cultural
reconciliation. This is the catalyst that changes hearts

and unifies all humankind under the LORDSHIP of JESUS
CHRIST. It spells out the predominant purpose of a

believer’s life. It is not only a one-on-one leadership
task; it is a global task. CHRIST wants us to reach the

world, and it takes the Church to accomplish this.

Under the LORDSHIP of JESUS CHRIST, all are equal. All

are reconciled to our HEAVENLY FATHER. All are
reconciled to each other as members of one family -

GOD’s Family. This unity transcends all ethnicities,
cultures, skin colors, genders, backgrounds, individual

and collective experiences, and histories. This
foundational strategy positions the heart and mind for

Spiritual understanding, wisdom, and discernment.
With this foundation imbedded in our leadership

approach, the following strategies can be implemented.

– Identify sin as sin

The heart is fooled more than anything else and is very

sinful. Who can know how bad it is? I, the LORD, look
into the heart and test the mind. I give to each man what

he should have because of his ways and because of the
fruit that comes from his works, Jeremiah17:19-20.
