From this definition, we can take away two vitally

important features of spiritual leadership. First spiritual
leaders have influence. This is Godly Influence entrusted
to us to guide individuals, groups of people and yes,

world culture in accordance with GOD’s HOLY Will.
Second, we must depend on the HOLY SPIRIT to

accomplish this great task through us. By doing this, we
acknowledge that our own individual intellects and

temperaments, while useful tools, are inadequate to
fulfill the charge of spiritual leadership.

With this understanding, we will offer several leadership
strategies we believe can help launch the Church into its

sacred leadership role with respect to so-called racial
reconciliation. That role is to demonstrate to the world

how to live out and walk in the reconciliation that
CHRIST has already accomplished!

The most effective leaders are not just spiritual leaders

but are exceptional followers of JESUS!
