The impact of this sociological definition of race has

transcended generations and continues to impose an
unfortunate and misguided steady state of conflict
among humankind. The consequences are many.

Systemic racism, mistrust, divisions, false feelings of

inferiority or superiority, a sense that one needs to
constantly prove themselves, a sense of guilt, envy and

even hatred comprise the emotional baggage of the
sociological definition of race.

In his book, “Black Lies Matter, Why Lies Matter to the
Race Grievance Industry,” Taleeb Starkes describes one

of the most tragic consequences of the sociological race
concept. He identifies it as the rise of the Race

Grievance Industry. “The Race Grievance Industry’s”
sole purpose is to profit from racial strife under the
guise of pursuing racial peace. Its modus operandi is

rooted in a lie that refuses to die: blacks are permanent
victims of racism, and no amount of effort will overcome

it. The lie is washed and repeated in different ways, but
the message remains unchanged, “America is a racist

labyrinth specifically designed to stifle black

advancement.” Under this guise, the “Theory of
Exploitivity” has its function declaring that any
disagreement between whites and blacks has at its roots
