what  is  right. GOD uses  it  to  prepare  and  equip  HIS

            people to do every good work. It is unfortunate that a
            growing apostasy and secular humanistic arrogance has
            –  for  the  most  part  –  abandoned  this  truth.  We  will

            discuss this topic in Chapter 9.


            With  these  definitions  in  mind,  let  us  see  how  each
            science discipline treats the concept of race. Again, the

            Biblical Definition is addressed in the next chapter.

                     – Sociological Definition of Race

            Sociologists  define  race  as  a  concept  that  is  used  to

            signify different types of human bodies. While there is
            no  biological  basis  for  racial  classification,  sociologists
            acknowledge  a  long  history  of  attempts  to  organize

            groups of people based on similar skin color and physical

            appearance.  The  absence  of  any  biological  foundation
            makes race difficult to define and classify, and as such,
            sociologists  view  racial  classifications  and  the

            significance of race in society as erratic, always shifting,
            and inextricably connected to other social, political, and

            economic forces and structures – the precise confusion
            that sin produces.


            Sociologists emphasize that while race is not a concrete,
            fixed thing that is essential to human bodies; it is much

            more  than  simply  an  illusion.  While  race  is  socially
