            inconsistent.”

Furthermore, our identities relate to our basic values.

These values in turn, dictate the choices we make (e.g.,
relationships, career, what we choose to believe). These

choices reflect who we are and what we value. For
example, we can assume that the investment banker

values money, while the college professor values
                                                 12
education and helping students. We can agree that a
woman who identifies as a mother, highly values the

welfare of her children. Similarly, we may assume that
someone who identifies themselves based on physical

appearance or ethnicity, i.e. so-called race focused
(sociological definition) values the culture associated

with their concept of race. Likewise, we may accept that
someone who embraces a Biblical perspective of race is

more likely to value the culture of the Kingdom of GOD
            over a worldly ethos.

Why is this important in the context of this manuscript?
Our identity, which reflects our values mirrors our

hearts. Our heart conditions impact our minds, which
govern our will, thoughts, perceptions and ultimately

our actions. Our actions in turn further embolden our
thoughts, minds and will, which ultimately impacts the

condition of hearts. 1Samuel 16:7; But the LORD said to
