Socialist Republics which is built around Russia. In
addition, Ronald Reagan’s famous speech “Mr.
Gorbachev, tear down this wall” was instrumental in the
fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, an event that is implied in

Ezekiel 38 prophecies (Ezekiel 38:7-8). This event was
soon followed by the reunification of Germany which is
also implied in (Ezekiel 38:4-6). The Ezekiel 38
prophecies assume Germany is a fully unified powerful
force.

George H.W. Bush, 41st President (1989-1992)
President Bush also played a significant role in major
prophecy fulfillment. He advanced the status of the
United Nations in resolving world conflicts. He also
declared the New World Order and generously funded
the United Nations [24-25] . Later his son, President George
W. Bush, would follow his lead as a firm supporter of the

United Nations. It can be justifiably said that President
George Herbert Bush’s announcement marked the
official “coming-out” declaration when the United
Nations emerged as a powerful force in the resolution of
World conflicts. At this point, the “Beast” entered its
very young, yet early adulthood.

William Jefferson Clinton, 42nd President (1992-2000)
The Clinton Presidency’s prophetic role is significant and
worthy of consideration. However, it is not because of
any direct actions the Clintons took that enabled

prophecy. Rather, it is because of the prophetic
paradigms between their leadership and that of the
ancient King of Israel, Ahab and his Queen Jezebel. Their
