Meat Patties
USING MINCER AND ‘K’ Mince the meat, bacon, tomato, parsley,
BEATER onion and potato on speed 4, using the
’Try the Tomato Sauce (p.90) fine screen, using mixing bowl to catch
or Sweet Sour Sauce (p.91) minced food. Add the egg and
with these’ seasoning and blend together with ‘K’
1 lb beef steak or leftover beater on speed 2.

Mexican Chilli Con Carne
USING MINCER Mince the meat at speed 4-maximum
1 lb chuck steak using the coarse screen.
1 large onion, chopped Place the fat in a pan and when hot, add
1 clove garlic, crushed onions, garlic and meat to brown.
(optional) Sprinkle seasoning and sugar over and
3 oz fat add the tomatoes, tomato purée, water
1½ tsp salt and beans. Stir well and pour into a 2
2 tsp sugar quart casserole.
1 tsp chilli powder Cover and bake for about 2 hours in a
1 tsp oregano or marjoram slow oven (300°F).
