In Action

In the past, Carrollton's athletic
program has been fairly unknown
but within the past two years,
there has been a marked interest
in the department. The teams
becam e more unified and its
members have shown greater
ability and awareness. They were
willing to walk that extra step
toward excellence. Carrollton has
produced great athletes and
helped improve the competitive
spirit of the players. Sports have
always stressed discipline, a quali­
ty that has been improved
through the years in the skidents.
Student athletes have managed
to succeed by working well acad­
emically and managing their time
wisely. Most important, this disci­
pline encourages players to learn
to work with other students and
other people. Almost overnight,
