Misioneros Del Camino is an orphanage located m Sumpango, Guatemala and its primary mission is to care for orphaned, abandoned, and
malnourished children the Home offers them a healthy environment to grow up rn, where they receive love and an education. Ultimately,
this prepares the children to become productive citizens of the society, and break the cycle of ignorance, poverty, and abuse present in their
community When we visit, we have the opportunity to play and form special bonds with the children.
Carrollton's club, Misioneros Del Camino, was founded w 2014 That Movember, students traveled '.otne small village of Sumpango,
Guatemala, and participated m a medical mission, aiding over 1.500 individuals who needed medical attention. This past February, our club
orqamzed a dinner party fundraiser event, where there was delicious home-cooked food as well as raffles and silent auctions. We were able
to raise more than $12,000 which has gone directly to Misioneros del Camino Misioneros del Camino Carrollton club hopes to continue to
help the organization by raising funds and: having all all members participate in future mission trips.
Misioneros Del Cammo helps these children recover from previous traumatic experiences by showing them they are loved so they may
know the love of Jesus and then spread that love among others.
