                                                                               noise cancellation buds or the heat by taking off a jumper)

                                                                               room for some tasks.




























                                                             ➢ Can you influence how easy it is for you? (E.g. asking for topics and
















                                                                               materials ahead of time, letting people know how you learn at your best
