1. Collect things into your Comfort Zone
Can you think of things you used to find REALLY hard but now find pretty
easy?
When we practise things over
and over again, the neural circuits
get stronger in our brain.
Stronger circuits mean the task is
easier.
We have moved the task from our
Growth Zone to our Comfort Zone!
Those ‘Feel Good Chemicals’ are being released again! It feels great!
Notice every time you collect something into your Comfort Zone - however
small. Make a list/collect photos. See it build up over time!
