4 Coaching for Change
Some children have higher levels of need and poorer Executive Function
skills. These children will therefore need more intensive support.
▪ Ways in which we can support young people who have ongoing
difficulties.
▪ Models and tools to help children recognise their strengths and know
how to maximise these effectively.
▪ A range of ways to help children better make sense of their
difficulties and develop strategies to minimise and manage these
challenges successfully.
▪ Tools for focusing on future goals and ways to set and track these so
children feel motivated towards change.
