SKILL RAG
USING TIME
I keep to the times I have allocated for a task, setting reminders
and alarms if I need them to help me.
I am strict with myself at keeping to my planner and schedule, not
letting myself do the more enjoyable tasks until I have completed
the priority ones on my planner (I’ll get on with the priority less
interesting tasks, even if I do not feel like it).
I can be disciplined with myself, tolerating the unpleasant feeling of
difficulty or boredom to stay with a task until I have completed it.
I can tolerate the unpleasant feeling of challenge, difficulty or
repetition to keep going with a task to finish it, even if I am not
enjoying it.
I can use strategies such as chunking of the task or time to help me
have the energy and focus to complete the task.
