      1. The 3 main categories of needs are:
      1.     What is a stressor?
         ➢ Physical (basic physical & sensory),

         ➢ Learning needs (the fancy term being Executive Function Skills) and

              the six related skills (Control Centre Skills 2).
      3.     What are the three different things that can happen when
             someone experiences a stressor?
