     A. Find out what the task will be


          like so you can predict:



         ▪ What will the task be like?



         ▪ What will be expected of me?




         ▪ What will be my needs in that sort of task?




         ▪ What will be other people’s needs
         who              are different to me?




    B. Think through what might go


         wrong so you can prevent:



          ▪ What might I find hard?



          ▪ What could go wrong?
