hearing and tinnitus will not recover/ improve and that
although client is doing all the things he should be (noise
reducing headset, ear defenders etc.) MrM will need to think
about potential for deterioration. He is not CAA dr. Client
feels Mr M was quite negative/ brutal , whilst he appreciates
being told face to face, rather than in report, he is also
feeling quite deflated and sad now. Have we had conf in
writing of liability being admitted. Adv yes. Adv I will be on
leave next week and so will not be able to send report if it
should come in. Agreed we will do as before , I will call when
report in and then send with letter.
