                                                                         Spent:
                 Tel/Meeting: Conference

Louise Siggers conference on 8 July 2020 at I 0:30am.

                In attendance:
                Marina Faggionato (MF)
                Louise Siggers (LS)
                Michael Comer (MC)
                Anna Chenoweth (AFS)

MC We need to decide how to approach the roundtable.

MF I'm conscious the meeting has been set up for the week after next. I assume there has
been no more inter partes disclosure? I have now had a chance to listen the
recordings, read the correspondence and I have seen that a directions hearing has
been listed mid to late August. I have also seen your notes which are helpful. We need
to think about the strategy. I assume you have had no contact with Sig?

                LS No, nothing.

MF And the insurance fraud enquiries, we know nothing more?

LS No, same position. The other side now say that that want to talk though, they now
                      want a roundtable meeting.

MF Remind me of the value of your house?

                LS I think £ 1.7m, I think that's realistic now. It's an attractive property.

MF Have you had any conversations with Anthony regarding the timescale for selling the
                      house?

LS None. He has other things going on.

MF We have long had a tension between whether the money is tainted and the status of
that money for you. You say now that the reason Sig gave the money is he didn't want
it on his account in the context for his insurance claim. That is your position, correct?

MC That was his intention in relation to the £500,000 both before he paid it to Louise
and after when he refused to give evidence in the family court as he was terrified to
