Anthony and me - declaration trust shows ALL monies are mine.
There is NO LEGAL documents for Sig.

12. Will situation - he DID know - he is lying. He did NOT contest it. His
will does NOT mention owning any property nor does it mention
outstanding loans

barrister under no illusion it was a GIFT. The COURT acting
accordingly
