20. If it was a loan WHY no agreement and why didn't he transfer the
money to my bank account. IF I had asked for a loan then it would
have be MY decision what I did with the money

21. It was not a STRANGE thing to do in my opinion. He always felt he
couldn't contribute properly and was very much an "underdog" to
many of the people we knew with more money and successful careers.

22. He had left me only weeks before after making my life an utter misery
for years -he promised to "make it up to me" -he had NOTHING
when he left -no job, no payouts, no home and barely any income -
only reduced insurance payments

23. Did he ever tell Cirenceseter the truth -he said his barrister would
help with but until settlement (which I wasn't present at) he said he
would let them know when he settled. He clearly isn't paying his
premioums anymore and a letter claiming he owes them money
arrived at my address.

24. Cirencester have been informed of his new address. I do not want him
using my address to accumulate his debts and affecting my credit
rating once again

25. Can he legally resign me as a Director from his company without my
knowledge and take back shares?

Totally disloyal and unprofessional - guess anything for fees ! Did they
