WHAT WAS HIS INTENTION AT THE TIME

It was A VOLUNATARY SPONTANEAOUS payment

HIS INSURANCE CLAIM is FRAUDULENT -he has never produced any
evidence to the contrary-WHY NOT?

There is nothing wrong with him -his symptoms are fake -throwing
away of pills amongst other things

Messages saying the money is OURS -all £840k of it

I can throw him out after gifting money -why no message saying he had
just brought into the house, or I had a loan with him ? CLEARLY a GIFT

He is a SCAMMER

He had NOTHING when he came to live with me. Not in postion to get
credit card, mortgage nothing. Debt agencies

He has cost my family dearly but his misleading promises, his clearly
planned and sneakily orchestrated disertion, his forcing me into legal fees

This is harrassement

2. It was a GIFT -Voluntary -spontaneous GIFT

3. NO LEGAL AGREEMENTS for TOLA TA or LOAN -it was a GIFT

4. LOAN -I did NOT ask for a loan. There is No loan agreement -an
agreement should include covenant, value , guarantee, interest rate if
any, duration -THERE ARE NONE

5. He always had loan agreements for loans with other people -so why
isn't there one with me??

6. If it comes up -It was 18 months later when I went to Court with AS -
from Dec 16 to May 18 there was no talk of a TO LAT A or LOAN.
