Although not stated in any of the documentation submitted with the current application, the
WH:LIC site is believed to comprise:
a. the northern car park of 0.08 ha

Right of way to Ashbourne Park

b. the central car park with a right to way to
Ashbourne House;

c. the manorial house;

d. rear gardens;
e. ancient woodland

The total potentially developable area - is estimated at 0.54 ha.

The site was owned by Weald pppppppp (associated through common ---- with the Church of
Scientology) and is occupied by a number of business users. It is one of the largest business sites
in Ashurst Wood. (Number of employees not known--- list from web)
