               13  POLICY 10: SITE 14
               Policy 10 relating to the Wealden House life improvement Centre site states “this is a
               brownfield site in a mainly residential area.  The property is a Victorian manor house
               converted to business use.  Residential use would be supported if the business use ceases.  The
               site is outside the built-up area but in the sustainable location with good access to bus routes
               and the main road.policy ensures that the ancient wood land will be protected (there is no
               ancient wood land attached to the site appraised

               policy 10 (page 13 of 18) relating to the Wealden House life improvement Centre site “should
               the present business use cease, it is considered that the reversion of the property to residential
               use would be appropriate in this location
