When the application was first submitted on---- it included a plan for revision of the rear
gardens of Wealden House LIC

This was withdrawn in the second application

When the application was eventually resubmitted it included a design and access statement
page 34--- showing a schematic for both sites. When challenged following----The explanation
given for the inclusion of this plan is inconclusive and I suspect was inadvertent.

Plan indicates ---- 70- flats--- total development 120 flats…..12 blocks ---car parking spaces…
