the neighbourhood plan does not precisely specify the capacity of the site----- instead quoting
“an approximate capacity” of “50+” units which is indicative of an acceptance that capacity is
substantial and greater number of units and 50 can be produced here, subject to design. The
design and access statement shows how the number proposed by this application flows from
analysis of design issues. I note that the proposed revisions to scheme have reduced the
number of units to 54, which is consistent with the 50+ indicated by the neighbourhood plan
