Function: It transports blood, gases, nutrients and hormones

through the body.

Structure: It consists of heart, blood and blood vessels.

There are 3 types of blood vessels (arteries, veins and blood capillaries)

When you fight a danger, your heartbeats increase

(Heart pumps more blood to all organs especially the muscles and
the blood pressure increases)
