• The workweek for all full‐time regular non-exempt employees is 40 hours, divided into five days, Monday
through Friday, with employees scheduled to work eight hours per day (full-time regular exempt employees’
                   hours expectation is 40 hours a week);
               •   Employees must be available to their supervisors and co‐workers during core work hours;
               • Employees must be available to attend scheduled meetings and participate in other required office activities
at the home office as needed; and
               • Employees must arrange for childcare during their work hours.

            Insurance and Liability
Employees working remotely will still be eligible to receive full Company benefits, including health insurance and
worker’s compensation, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
Employees are advised to choose a safe and secure location to work from home, and to maintain high levels of
            safety.
Only equipment owned by the Company and on loan to the employee is covered by the Company’s chosen insurer.
All other equipment is to be covered by the employee’s personal insurance provider.

            Security and Adherence to Policies
As per the Handbook and the confidentiality agreement signed by the employee upon employment, securing data
and Company information should be of utmost concern.
Employees will be given access to a Virtual Private Network to secure connections with Company servers and
networks. The VPN must be used at all times during work hours. Under no circumstances may the VPN be used
            outside of work hours.
Cybersecurity measures have been put in place, and software will be made available. All employees that work from
home remain subject to, and are expected to comply with all Company policies including, but not limited to, those
            relating data privacy and cybersecurity.

            Compensation
Telecommuting alone will not cause a change to an employee’s compensation if the employee works the same
schedule from home as they did in-office. Employees working remotely remain eligible for promotion and skills
            development programs.

            Company Equipment
If an employee requires Company equipment such as a laptop, printer, chair or desk, a Footprint Employee
            Equipment Agreement must be completed.
Daily office supplies for which reimbursement by the Company is expected are to be preapproved by the employee’s
manager. Employees will receive reimbursement for approved and reasonable office supplies thought the expense
            report process.

            PERSONAL VISITORS

Footprint discourages personal visitation by friends and relatives while employees are on duty. Abuse of visitations
            may result in disciplinary action.

            CHILDREN AT WORK POLICY
Maintaining the safety and health of Footprint employees and visitors relies upon the control of hazardous conditions
and prevention of unsafe behaviors. When the visitors are children, diligence to guard against unsafe conditions and
            unpredictable behaviors must be heightened.

The workplace is typically not an appropriate place for children of employees. However, Footprint recognizes that
employees may occasionally want to bring children to the workplace for brief visits, situational convenience, or family
            emergencies.
