Employees who refuse to permit inspections under this policy or who fail to cooperate with inspections under this
policy will be subject to discipline, up to and including termination of employment.

            MOBILE DEVICE POLICY
While at work, employees are expected to exercise discretion in using personal mobile devices. Excessive personal
calls, texting, internet use or social media during the workday can interfere with employee productivity and be
distracting to others. Employees are to make personal calls during non-working time where possible and away from
their working area to avoid distractions to their co-workers.

Footprint is committed to promoting highway safety by encouraging the safe use of mobile devices by its employees
while they are on Company business. While the Company recognizes there often is a business need to use mobile
devices, safety must be the first priority. If an employee needs to make a phone call while driving, the individual
should find a proper parking space first. The roadside is only acceptable for genuine emergencies such as an
accident or a car breakdown. Employees with hands-free devices may make brief phone calls while driving but must
park when road conditions are poor, traffic is heavy, or you are not able to devote your full attention to driving safely.

            COMPANY PROPERTY, PREMISES AND RESOURCES

Employees are responsible for using Company property in compliance with applicable law and Company rules.

“Company Premises” as used in this Handbook means all areas within
the exterior walls of your site including such areas as closets and
lockers, and also includes the grounds around the sites and parking
            lots.

“Company Property” as used in this Handbook includes, but is not
limited to, all owned, leased or rented equipment, hardware, software,
computers, electronic codes, email, furniture, furnishings, business
machines, maintenance equipment, supplies, food, keys, identification
badges, name tags, credit cards, building access cards, program and
procedure manuals, books, documents, records, handbooks,
buildings or vehicles; and Company-provided computer hardware or
software, including cell phones, smartphones and laptops, electronic
            codes, passwords and email.

            USE OF COMPANY PROPERTY
Employees are prohibited from using Company property for personal benefit without direct permission of the
Company Chief Executive Officer or Chief Technology Officer. Employees who use Company property for personal
benefit without permission are subject to discipline, up to and including termination of employment.

            PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT CARE

It is your responsibility to understand the machines and equipment you use to perform your duties. Good care of any
equipment that you use during your employment and the conservative use of supplies will benefit you and Footprint.
If you find a machine is not working properly or is in need of repairs, please notify your supervisor immediately. Under
no circumstances should you attempt repairs yourself unless you have been trained to do so and are specifically
            authorized by your manager.

            PARKING AND GROUNDS
Footprint does not assume any liability for any loss or damages your vehicle may sustain while using the Company
or other parking facilities. Any parking tickets issued to employees are their responsibility. No parking fines issued
for street parking of Company vehicles at employee’s residence will be reimbursed.
