Impression.

Pumping Station in Essex Constantly Breaking Down Due to Blockages.

We were asked for a second opinion as to why this pumping station kept breaking
down, sometimes daily and always due to blockages. Our engineers attended site
and found that the station was not particularly bad in respect of the chamber,
however, the pumps on the other hand were not so good. Both pumps were
inspected and one was found to be severely worn and the other had a badly damaged
impellor. There was no report to the client that the pumps were in this condition even
though this was clearly the reason for the breakdowns. Gemtech sourced new impellors
from the manufacturer within a few days and fitted them. To date, there have been no
further problems.

Sewage Pumping Station Serving A Former Radio Station Building Undergoing Refurbishment.

We were invited to tender for the refurbishment of the pumping station and were successful. The system
was completely refurbished with new controls, pumps and pipe work.
