Agreements

Service Without Compromise, Tailored to
Your Needs.

Our service department are here to assist you in keeping your system
in the best possible condition. Whether ad-hoc maintenance or a full
agreement we are here to help.
All service agreement customers are priority calls in the event of a
breakdown or emergency and there are benefits from preferential rates
for parts and labour costs.

Standard Service Agreements:

Our standard service agreements consist of a number of visits to your site(s)
to carry out the service requirements of your equipment. Weekly, monthly, quarterly,
bi-annually or annual visits are all available and tailored to you. Consisting of routine
and major service visits and enrolment on our priority call-out response system we are
available to you 24 hours per day if you need assistance in the event of a problem.
Single visits to site are always Major visits. The pumps will be thoroughly inspected and
any additional works, such as tankering would be carried out during the visit. Tankerage,
water testing or cleaning would be quoted as and when required. Multiple visits to site throughout
the year consist of routine and major visits. A routine visit is less invasive than a major visit and is
an operational and safety check-based visit. Full details and method statements of works carried out
during each type of visit are available for the different systems.

We do not charge for small consumables used in our maintenance activities such as pump oil,
panel lamps, pump oil chamber ‘o’ rings and similar. These are included in all agreements. Minor
repairs from vehicle stock such as replacement control panel components and float switches can
be replaced, if needed, during the visit up to a pre-determined value without immediate order. This
enables a cost saving as we are already on site to carry out works rather than have to charge for an
additional visit to site. You can, of course opt out of this if you so wish. More involved repairs will be
reported to you and a quotation for remedial works provided.

Sapphire Service Agreements:

As per the standard service agreements above with the added benefit of being able to include such
additional services as tankerage, water tank cleaning and testing. Other services offered by us can be
added as required. Minor repairs that can be carried out from vehicle stock up to a value of £150.00 will
be completed whilst on site at no extra cost. Call-outs to site and more major repairs are still chargeable
but benefit from further reduced rates. Details are available upon request.

Diamond Service Agreements:

Would you like to pay one fee per year and have no further bills for repairs, servicing or call-outs?
Then our Diamond agreement is the one for you. We effectively become responsible for the equipment or
service, similar to what you would expect from a local authority. Repairs, servicing, call-outs,
replacement pumps, tank cleaning etc. all become our responsibility. The equipment, where possible,
will be fitted with a telemetry unit free of charge for the duration of the agreement to alert us of any
issues should they arise. No more unexpected bills and easier budget planning are obvious benefits.
This is not restricted to pumping equipment; we can also add drainage maintenance and offer complete
maintenance packages. Please get in touch to discuss a plan that may suit you.
