Utilising landline, GSM or wireless communications Gemtech can provide
additional peace of mind for our customers with the aid of our remote monitoring
devices. Use of the GSM (mobile) network is by far the most popular and easiest
service to access with systems improving almost daily and virtually plug and play.
From simple units that send a text message in the event of 1 designated alarm right
up to multiple alarm units with temperature monitoring and remote control (silencing
alarms or resetting faults), we can install a solution to your requirements.
These units give an immediate indication of a problem to you directly via a mobile, to
your managers or straight to us ready to dispatch an engineer, even a combination of
all three and with multiple contacts. Some units can also have a voice message and send
you an email to your inbox. Most units also confirm when the fault has been cleared or
rectified automatically.

Whether included into your service agreement, purchased as an add-on or on a hire agreement,
Gemtech remote monitoring can give you peace of mind that if a problem occurs, you or we will
know quickly and be dealing with it before it becomes a major problem.
