We will handle customer calls for orders for new service and requests to have gas service turned off. We will also make every effort to answer customers%u2019 billing inquiries.B IL L IN GSince Brooklyn Union is operating with reduced personnel, your bill will be estimated based on past usage. When the work stoppage is over, we%u2019ll read your meter and adjust your bill.PAYMENTBills can be paid as usual by mailing payment in the postage-paid envelope enclosed with each bill or by payment at authorized locations or company offices.
