Hit the slopes this winter
Did you know that Mt. Ashland has one
of the highest base elevations of any ski
area in Oregon at 6,338 feet? Located 30
minutes from downtown Ashland, the
non-profit owned ski area has been pro-
viding local mountain fun since 1964.
This season the ski area will be offering
$99 Car Load Mondays—all legally seat
belted passengers pay just $99 (limit
seven). Also new this season is the re-
grading of the Sonnet beginner trail and
a new rope tow. A parking lot expansion
has also been completed, providing 20
percent more capacity.
