On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of Week 8, our
Year 9 students had three days of fun to celebrate
the end of middle school and completion of The Rite
Journey.
Each day, they ventured to a new location. Day One
was spent at Port Pirie Bowland where the students
participated in two games of bowling before having
lunch in Port Pirie as well as spending some time at
the Port Broughton foreshore on the way home.
The activities for Day Two changed at the last minute
due to the hot weather. In the morning, before it was
too hot, they travelled to North Beach for ice cream.
They spent the rest of the day completing fun activities at school such as playing cards
and board games, going to the gym, playing on game consoles and watching a movie.
On Day Three they travelled to The Beachouse at Glenelg, where
they had fun on water slides, bumper boats, mini golf, arcade
games and the bumper cars. They then had
the opportunity to get some lunch along
Jetty Rd before they made their way home.
Year 9
Fun Days
