I have over two decades of experience in pet food research & development
(R&D) and manufacturing. My background spans statistical process optimization,
product/process development and engineering consulting. I have a mechanical
engineering background and spent 15 years with The Iams Company/Procter &
Gamble, driving innovation and process improvements in pet food production.
Prior to joining Haskell, I served as a trusted consulting advisor and a partner to
my clients in everything from equipment selection to optimized production lines.

I offer strategic guidance to help clients navigate key decisions that set them up for
long-term success. Additionally, my strong relationships with clients, many of whom
I’ve worked with previously, enable me to provide tailored solutions that anticipate
industry trends and innovations, positioning clients to stay ahead of the competition.

I bring extensive expertise in production technologies, engineering, and LEAN
Six Sigma methodologies. My work has involved solving complex organizational
challenges and streamlining operations for major pet food companies, including
Mars Petcare and Procter & Gamble. I specialize in re-engineering production lines,
improving product and process flexibility, and driving innovation. I have built a
reputation as a trusted strategic advisor, empowering clients to make informed
decisions from the start of a project, ensuring sustainable growth and success.
