         After 39 years in the manufacturing industry, I bring extensive expertise to
         Haskell, particularly in optimizing process design within the food and beverage         ◆ Strong Network of Industry Relationships
         space. Throughout my career, I’ve held high-impact roles, managing operations
         across companies like Oasis International Waters, Coca-Cola, Refresco North
         America, Peace River Citrus Products, and Danone. I have experience in both
         the food and beverage sectors, including a significant period working with
         sanitary products during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was born into a lineage of
         food manufacturers, and my journey in the industry began in my youth,
         working alongside my father, a plant manager for a frozen foods company.

         I have a proven track record of integrating operational efficiencies from the start,
         adding long-term value and setting clients up for continued success. A career highlight
         was revitalizing a Coca-Cola bottling plant set to close in a year. By overhauling
         operations, revising budgeting and procurement strategies, and boosting production,
         I elevated the plant from 79th to #1 nationwide. The methods I introduced not only
         helped avoid closure but also kept the plant ranked among Coca-Cola’s top five.

         My unique value lies in my holistic understanding of the operational challenges
         and opportunities in manufacturing. Having walked the same floors as plant
         managers and engineers, I communicate effectively with both groups. This
         allows me to anticipate potential issues and address them proactively, ensuring
         they are “engineered out” before they can impact production. I take a practical,
         hands-on approach, offering insights that are both actionable and foresightful.
