         I bring over 30 years of diverse experience in design, code compliance, construction,
         and operations within the distilling industry. My entrepreneurial background           & Process Improvement
         includes opening my own bars and restaurants, along with designing and building
         projects for notable clients like Proximo Spirits, Kings County Distillery, and Corgi
         Distilling. This hands-on experience has allowed me to navigate a wide range of
         challenges and deliver innovative solutions. My expertise has contributed to the
         development of award-winning spirits across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.

         My ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies before they become
         issues helps clients maximize production and improve profitability. I deeply
         understand the challenges that distillers face, and can offer tailored solutions
         that drive success. Additionally, my focus on building organic relationships
         and moving away from hard sales approaches ensures more sustainable
         and effective communication with clients, creating long-term value.


         My entrepreneurial experience, along with designing and building projects
         for notable clients, has exposed me to a wide range of challenges and
         solutions. My expertise has played a significant role in the development of
         award-winning spirits across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. I am also
         a regular Spirits Judge for the American Craft Spirits Association, where I
         bring my keen palate and deep knowledge to prestigious competitions.
         My ability to identify and solve problems before clients recognize operational
         gaps has made me a vital partner to beer, wine, and spirit makers.
