KEY CONTRIBUTORS TO P&D SUCCESS
◆ Marketing. The P&D Marketing team supports the enterprise in
capturing new business through the development and execution
of market research, marketing campaigns, conferences,
thought-leadership content, proposals and presentations.
The team comprises 27 dedicated team members and is
supported by five International-based marketing specialists.
◆ Business Development. The Business Development team
is focused on generating a robust pipeline of clients and
projects for the enterprise to increase sales and profit,
create growth for Haskell and provide opportunities for
team members. The team will continue to expand in 2024.
◆ Market Specialization. Clients require expertise in key
elements of their business. This business unit houses
and develops the specific talent required to support
this expertise. The team is expected to grow with the
addition of more subject matter experts in 2024.
◆ Preconstruction Services. The 60-person Preconstruction
team provides estimating, preconstruction and
procurement services to support the markets
in pursuing and delivering their projects.

◆ Project Development. The Project Development business
unit includes 38 individuals tasked with creating winning
procurement and execution strategies, identifying
and mitigating risks on projects and delivering best-
in-class fee performance and client services, all while
representing Haskell’s values internally and externally.
