Thiscreates balance and focuses on whatyour aims are.Know how your time is spent - if youare unaware of where the time goesor what you have achieved, trykeeping a time log for a week or two,to track how you are spending yourtime about every 10 - 30 minutes (ifyou engage a lawyer, they track yourbill every 6 minutes!). This helps youreally see how long tasks are taking.Notice if tasks are expanding in timetaken, simply to avoid doing otherthings, or due to lack of energy ormotivation. Adjust your plan orchange your actions.
