6. Upon winding up and dissolution of this corporation, after paying or adequately providing for the debts
and obligations of the corporation, the remaining assets shall be distributed to an organization which
is organized and operated exclusively for one or more exempt purposes and has established its
exemption under section 501© (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any
future tax code.

Article IV – Precepts Of Commonality

The precepts herein contained shall be Guidelines for our individual Search for Spiritual Truths and is in no way binding
upon its Members and the Associates forming this Organization.
1. There exists a Single Spiritual Being and Creator, whose Love is unconditional and whose essence can be
found in every Soul, and all that is.
2. Each individual soul has the birthright and responsibility to live his/her Divinity through the highest level of
consciousness, an expression of their I AM Presence; to the best of their ability.
3. Our Creator Source gave us “Free Will” to Choose, which is inviolate.
4. We are One in the Creator, and everything we think and do has a profound effect upon each other, and all
that is. It is by emulating the Creator’s example of Unconditional Love that we may return to the Source in
complete harmony with all that is.
5. It is by honoring and respecting each other’s beliefs, the conscious creation of stillness and keeping of
unconditional love, harmony and peace on the inner levels; that we can realize and experience the highest
aspect of our true Self, the God I AM Presence within, and that we are One with the Source and All That Is.
6. Being attached to the Material World and Physical Existence creates the illusion of separation from the
Creator Source, and it is by recognizing the Spiritual Nature of all beings that may know that we are One in
God.
7. The Creator gave us dominion over the Earth, and we must all accept the responsibility for the condition of
the Earth and the Universe.
8. We are all Ministers ordained by God unto infinity to love, aide, nurture, and protect each other.
9. It is through forgiveness and non-judgement of ourselves and others; that we can achieve spiritual harmony
and free ourselves from the negative conditions of body, mind and spirit on the inner and outer levels of the
physical existence.
10. Each soul Created was created in Perfection. Each soul is special and unique.
11. We are Spirit experiencing a Physical Existence and Experience
12. Happiness is a choice, that transcends our reasons to be unhappy.
13. A Healthy Physical Body is our birthright, best achieved through released of negative beliefs and energies,
along with proper care and maintenance.
14. We are co-creators with God.
15. Prayer is powerful and that power is multiplied exponentially when two or more pray together.
16. The Truth can be found by going within.

Article V – Objectives

The Objective of this Corporation are as follows:
1. To preserve, practice and disseminate the truths as expressed in its Purpose and Precepts unto the benefit
of all Souls and in the Service of God.
2. Is not in any way to attempt to influence Legislation.
3. Is not in any way to attempt to influence any Political Campaign.

Article VI – Powers

To Attain its Objectives, this Organization shall exercise the following powers:
1. This Organization will have the power to grant Charters to Churches organized as Members of this
Organization, to carry out the objectives and precepts of this Organization.
