1.     Eligibility – Based on our precept that “we are all Ministers ordained by God unto infinity to love, aide,
                        nurture, and protect each other; eligibility will be based on the individual’s desire to be ordained and upon
                        application thereof. The application will be reviewed and approved by The Spiritual Board and/or Ministerial
                        Board without discrimination or prejudice.
                 2.     A Sanctioned Certification Applicant must provide a copy of their Certificate of Ordination, and the Spiritual
                        Board will verify its authenticity.
                 3.     The Ministerial Board shall be responsible to notify The Spiritual Advisory Board of National Headquarters of
                        all ordinations.
                 4.     The Spiritual Advisory Board of National Headquarters shall be responsible for maintaining the Roster of
                        Ordained Ministers.
                 5.     The Spiritual Advisory Board of National Headquarters will issue the Certificates of Ordination at a current
                        nominal fee set by the National Headquarters Board of Directors.


                                                 Article X – Ministerial Board


                 The Organization shall have a Ministerial Board as delineated in the By-laws.

                                                 Article XI – Executive Board


                 This Organization shall have an Executive Board as delineated in the By-laws.


                                     Article XII – Amendments To The Constitution And By-laws

                 This Constitution, and the By-laws of this Organization may be amended at any time by the Executive Board of National
                 Headquarters. There must be at least 30 days written notice to the Board of Director and Trustees, and an affirmative
                 vote of 80% of the Members present. The Member Churches may amend and/or change their by-laws at any time as
                 long as the new laws are not contrary to these Articles of Incorporation and Constitution.

                                                    Article XIII– Members


                 There shall be a paid membership.
                 1.     The Member Churches will have a Membership, the Qualifications of which are set forth in the By-laws.
                 2.     There shall be only one class of members
                 3.     Member Churches will send a copy of each Membership Application to National Headquarters no later than
                             th
                        the 10 of the months following the receipt of the application and annual fees.
                 4.     Members of the Spiritual Board of National Headquarters shall be honorary members of each member
                        church. This will not give them voting privileges.
                 5.     Membership in any Member Church will be transferable to any other Member Church to the end of the
                        Membership year.
                 6.     National Headquarters will provide Membership Cards for new members and renewals; and New Member
                        Packages to all new members, which will include a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and Constitution and
                        the By-laws of the Member Church.






                                               Article XIV– Method Of Election


                 The method of election will be as set forth in the By-laws.

                                             Article XV– Financial Accountability


                 The Financial Accountability of the Organization is as follows:
                 1.     National Headquarters shall be responsible for all State and Federal Financial Reports and Filings.
