8 February 2020: Officially Participated in the CPAC 2020 in Washington, D.C., and Hosted a Panel Discussion
on the Political Situation of the Korean Peninsula
• • Established in October 2019, KCPAC joined CPAC 2020 in Maryland under its official name, and Dr. Lee Ae Ran, a North Korean defector,
gained significant attention after her speech on the main stage of CPAC.
• • Additionally, KCPAC hosted a panel discussion with conservative politicians and scholars from both countries as panelists, such as the Co-
Chairman of KCPAC Koh Young Joo; Assemblyman of the Future Korea Party Cho Tae Yong; and Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker.
The goal of the panel discussion was to inform American politicians and conservatives about the current situation in Korean politics and discuss
the issue.
• • In the panel discussion, Lawrence Peck, an expert on pro-North Korean forces in the United States, warned of the negative impact on the US-
ROK-Japan trilateral alliance relationship if South Korea’s left-wing Moon Jae-in Administration attempted to suspend GSOMIA, a military
agreement between the South Korean and the Japanese government.
• • Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker said that North Korea subsists on China and suggested that countries of the Free World should
establish a partnership with China and pressure North Korea to give up on nuclear weapons.
• • Furthermore, representative conservative figures such as Gordon Chang, Fred Fleiz, K.T. McFarland, and John Cha discussed and exchanged
opinions about South Korea’s current political situation at the panel discussion hosted by KCPAC, under the topic of South Korea’s liberal
democracy and national security.
9 July 2020: Sent Letter to U.S. President Trump to Raise Suspicions of Election Irregularities in South Korea
• • Chairwoman Annie Chan delivered a personal letter to President Trump through the White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows. This letter
warned the President of the concerns about South Korea’s alleged election fraud committed during the April 15, 2020 general election and that
transparency in the upcoming U.S. presidential election should be guaranteed.

• • Invited U.S. experts (Grant Newsham, Senior Fellow at the Center for Security Policy, Dr. Tara O, president of the East Asia Research Center, Dan
Schneider, Executive Director of the American Conservative Union (ACU), commentator Gordon Chang, and others) and prominent Korean
experts and scholars (Professor Park Young-ah, Lt. General Kim Hyung-chul, Attorney Seok Dong-hyun, Professor Park Sung-hyun, David
Eunkoo Kim, President of the Truth Forum, and others) to have an in-depth discussion on election irregularities found during South Korea’s 21st
general election (April 15, 2020) and raised speci¬c allegations of fraud to the public.
• • During this conference, conservative politicians and activists suggested actions that should be taken directly to protect the fairness and transparency
of elections, which is the basis of democracy. In order to especially investigate allegations of election fraud, the need to thoroughly investigate
election irregularities through a scientific approach was raised.
11 September 2020: Press Conference in Washington D.C., National Press Club
The Next Target: America -The Fraudulent Election in South Korea, China’s Meddling, and Implications for the Upcoming US Presidential Election in November 2020
• • In September 2020, a press conference was held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. inviting many reporters.
• • During this press conference, Korean and American election experts and scholars gathered to inform 20 American and Japanese reporters of clear
cases and suspicions raised during South Korea’s April 15, 2020 general election to urge international interest in Korean elections and stressed the
importance of fair and transparent elections.
