U.S. to pay attention to the allegation that China intervened in the last Korean general election.
• • Participants exchanged views on the threat of communists threatening the liberal democratic systems of both countries.
• • CPAC leaders explained the role of ACU and CPAC in hosting nationwide events in the United States, using conservative values, and also stressed
that KCPAC should lead the alliance of Korean conservatives against the PRC Communist Party's intention to take Korea out of the Free World.

National Security Council (NSC)

Party of Korea’s anti-leaflet laws and their oppression of freedom of expression.
15 February 2021: Co-published with the Center for Security Policy (CSP) ‘Election Fraud’—A White Paper and
Compilation of Reports on South Korea’s April 15, 2020 General Election
• • A book titled “Election Fraud South Korea 2020” was published by compiling reports written by 15 experts, including lawyers, scholars,
statisticians, news reporters, and computer engineers in South Korea and the United States to bring awareness of election irregularities.
• • This book is a white paper and compilation of reports completed after six months of extensive research by an international panel of election
experts, including experts who worked in a UN organization, to reveal the truth of the election irregularities in South Korea’s April 15 general
election.
• • The English version was distributed to about 500 experts, including 160 government agencies, think tanks, non-profit organizations, and 100 U.S.
Senators and Representatives, while the Korean version was distributed to leaders of organizations and lawmakers.
• • The publication and large-scale distribution of this book based on a serious scientific approach served a role in warning of the corruption of the
South Korean electoral system and urging the investigation of the truth. Also, it has widely informed the public of the suspicion of election fraud
during the April 15, 2020 general election, aroused interest in election irregularities from Korean and American politicians and has been a driving
force for systematic and voluntary election monitoring activities by private organizations.
