Are You Eligible? Children*

Employees Children must meet the following criteria for coverage:

If you are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours ‹ Medical coverage until age 26
per week, you are eligible for National General benefits. ‹ Dental, vision and life insurance until age 19 or until
age 24 if a full-time student at an accredited facility
Legal Spouse ‹ Critical Illness, Accident Insurance and Identity Theft

Your legal spouse is eligible for National General benefits. until age 26
A legal spouse may be covered during a legal separation. * Special provisions beyond these age limits may apply for incapacitated
A divorced spouse is not a qualified dependent under our dependent children
plans.
Qualifying Life Events

*Spousal Surcharge: If you elect National General The IRS defines the events that allow you to change your
medical coverage for your spouse and your spouse is coverage during the year. Examples include:
