Eligible Employees

You may enroll in the beneits program if you are a
regular full-time employee who is actively working a
minimum of 30 hours per week.



Eligible Dependents
Eligible dependents generally include your legally
married spouse and children up to age 26. Children
may include natural, adopted, step-children, or
children obtained through court-appointed legal
guardianship. Please note age limitations on dependent
eligibility may vary by beneit. Review all beneits
described in this guide for more details.

‹ Visit the ADP Workforce Now Employee Self-
Service site at https://workforcenow.adp.com

‹ Registration code: NCUC-Portal
‹ Myself/beneits/enrollments/enrollment proile
button to begin

‹ You will submit your request for voluntary life
and/or short term disability insurance through
the ADP self-service enrollment process. If your
request requires evidence of insurability, you
will receive an email from The Hartford shortly
following your request for coverage. You will have
45 days to complete the online Personal Health
Application for The Hartford and will be notiied
of election status via email from The Hartford.
