STD Premium Estimator
If you elect employee-paid STD coverage (paid on an after-tax
basis) the estimated cost is:

Weekly base pay X 0.6 = Weekly beneit amount
not to exceed $1,500
Step 2
Total from step 1 ÷ 10 = Step 2 Total
Step 3
Total from step 2 X $1.088 = Your estimated monthly

Step 4
Monthly STD X 12 = Step 4 Total
premium from
above ÷ 26 = Your estimated paycheck
